Chiang Mai’s award-winning French restaurant set to wow foodies with a week of special set menu dinners in May
Since 2005, Le Crystal restaurant has been serving the finest French cuisine in Chiang Mai. Ajava-Riddhi Diskul, the 2nd generation owner, combines classic French flavors with modern presentation. The restaurant’s architecture also reflects this dual vision of the old and the new, where teakwood and Lanna stylings are complemented by modern architectural finishes.
On May 8, 2019, Le Crystal officially celebrates its 14th anniversary with a special 5-course Champagne Dinner for just THB 2,500, featuring three distinctive champagnes from the renowned house of Nicolas Feuillant.
In addition to the Champagne Dinner, Le Crystal will be offering a special Anniversary Set Menu during their anniversary week, available on May 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11. The menu’s exquisite epicurean delights include: Crab Meat with Lemon Dressing in Lemongrass; Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Pomegranate Reduction; Scallop Ravioli in Lobster Consommé; Pan-Roasted Duck Breast with Strawberry Sauce; Pan-Fried Tiger Prawn with Exotic Sauce; Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Garlic Red Wine Sauce; Poached Pear with Maple Syrup and Chocolate Ice Cream; and Orange Crepe Soufflé.
Diners can choose the number of dishes they wish to sample, and each combination is priced accordingly: 4-Dishes 2,000 THB; 5-Dishes 2,300 THB; 6-Dishes 2,600 THB; 7-Dishes 2,900 THB; and 8-Dishes 3,200 THB.
